GW: Less than 140, toned arms, and a flat stomach with abs.
Summer Workout Plan is finished aha.
- Use it for June, July and August, even as a base.
- If you are more advanced, just do more reps and sets of each exercise.
- 30 Day Shred is written here twice. I don’t do it daily because I do a lot of other exercises. Aim to do it twice a week, or more.
- This doesn’t include arms. The 30-60 minutes of cardio could be used as 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of arms / weights in the gym.
